Warranty Policy
At LYANG & CO., we take pride in crafting high-quality jewellery and providing top-notch customer service. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer a 6-month warranty on all our pieces. Please review the details below to understand what is covered and what is not.
What’s Covered:
- Manufacturing Defects: If your jewellery has a flaw resulting from the production process, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
- Premature fading of gold plating: if gold plating fades significantly within the warranty period under normal wear conditions, we will assess and address the issue
What's not covered
- Damage caused by accidents, improper storage, or careless handling
- Scratches, dents, or general wear and tear from everyday use
- Tarnishing or discoloration from contact with chemicals, perfumes, lotions, or water
- Loss of stones not caused by a manufacturing defect
- Normal gradual wear of plated finishes over time — this is expected with all plated jewellery
How to make a claim
- Email hello@lyang.co within 6 months of purchase
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos
- If approved, we'll guide you through the repair or replacement process
Please note
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and requires proof of purchase. It does not cover general wear of plated finishes, which will naturally change with daily use over time.
