We ship all orders from Adelaide, Australia. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
To ensure prompt delivery, please allow 1–3 business days for us to handle and prepare your order for shipment.

Free standard shipping (3–6 business days) on all orders over $100 AUD

Free express shipping (1–4 business days) on all orders over $200 AUD

For orders under $100 AUD, a $9.95 AUD standard shipping fee applies

Track Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
If you wish to change any details of your order once it’s placed, please contact our Customer Service team within 24 hrs via email hello@lyang.co with your order number.

Customs duties and taxes may apply to international orders upon arrival. LYANG & CO. is not responsible for these charges.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, a $20 AUD reshipping or deduction fee will apply.

LYANG & CO. is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during transit once the parcel has been shipped.
Return and Exchange
Return Policy
We accept returns for items in their original condition (unworn and undamaged) within 14 days of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If you’d like to initiate a return, please contact us at hello@lyang.co with your order number and reason for return. We’ll be happy to assist you through the process.
Please note: sale items and engraved jewellery cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchange policy
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer direct exchanges at this time.
We recommend placing a new order for the item you’d like and returning the original piece for a refund.
