Jewellery Information
What’s the material of your jewellery?
Our jewellery is made of high quality 925 Sterling Silver, or 18K gold plated on 925 Sterling Silver. They are all friendly to sensitive skins (nickel & lead free).
Do you use ethically sourced materials?
We care about ethical manufacturing. We thoughtfully source our materials and factories to make sure that every step that goes into making the jewellery meets certain standards (safe working environment, no child labour, fair wages etc.).
How to take care of my jewellery?
To prolong the life of your gorgeous piece, we recommend you following caring tips:
- Keep your jewellery away from perfume and lotions
- When not worn, keep it in a cool and dry place
- Take off your jewellery before exercising, bathing, or sleeping
- Use a soft microfibre cloth to clean the jewellery
We believe that with the right care, your pieces should last for years. We offer a 6-month quality warranty to our customers, if our products don't meet your expectations, contact us at hello@lyang.co with a photo and description of the issue, and we will make things right for you.
Please note that any tarnishing caused due to failure to adhere to the care instructions, are not included in this warranty.

Where are you based?
We are based in Adelaide, Australia!
Where can I see my order status?
Once your order is shipped, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
When will my order arrive?
For orders within Australia, it typically takes 3-5 business days for an order to arrive. For orders outside of Australia, the standard shipping times range from 5 to 14 business days. However, depending on your location, it could take longer. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please contact our customer support at hello@lyang.co.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! We offer free standard shipping worldwide on all orders over $150 AUD! Please see the Shipping Page for more information.
Is your packaging sustainable?
We are proud to offer eco-friendly packaging on all our shipping items, ensuring that it is as effective as it is environmentally conscious.
Return
Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted on original condition (unworn, undamaged) within 14 days of the purchase date. Due to health reasons, we DO NOT offer returns on earrings.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If you would like to return an item, please contact us at hello@lyang.co and let us know the issues, we will be happy to assist your return process!
Please note that jewellery on sale or engraved can not be returned or refunded.
What’s the exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day exchange policy on most items, as long as they are in new or unused condition and in the original packaging. Due to health reasons, we DO NOT offer exchange on earrings.
You will be responsible for the exchange shipping costs. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer support about the details.
Do you offer a warranty?
We offer a 6-month quality warranty to our customers, if our products don't meet your expectations, contact us at hello@lyang.co with a photo and description of the issue, and we will make things right for you.

Can I send it as a gift?
Yes, you can certainly send the item as a gift. We would be happy to include a gift note with your purchase - just let us know what you would like the note to say in the "notes" section at checkout. If you would like the gift to be shipped to a different address than your own, please enter the shipping address in the "Shipping Address" section at checkout.
