Jewellery Information
Our jewellery is made of high quality 925 Sterling Silver, or 18K gold plated on 925 Sterling Silver. They are all friendly to sensitive skins (nickel & lead free).
We care about ethical manufacturing. We thoughtfully source our materials and factories to make sure that every step that goes into making the jewellery meets certain standards (safe working environment, no child labour, fair wages etc.).
To prolong the life of your gorgeous piece, we recommend you following caring tips:
- Keep your jewellery away from perfume and lotions
- When not worn, keep it in a cool and dry place
- Take off your jewellery before exercising, bathing, or sleeping
- Use a soft microfibre cloth to clean the jewellery, preferably after each wear
We believe that with the right care, your pieces should last for years. We offer a 6-month quality warranty to our customers, if our products don't meet your expectations, contact us at hello@lyang.co with a photo and description of the issue, and we will make things right for you.
Please note that any tarnishing caused due to failure to adhere to the care instructions, are not included in this warranty.
Shipping
We are based in Adelaide, Australia!
Once your order is shipped, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
- Australia: Orders usually arrive 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- International: Standard delivery takes 5–14 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Please note: We require 1–3 business days to process your order before dispatch. If you need your order urgently, keep this processing time in mind when placing your purchase.

We are proud to offer eco-friendly packaging on all our shipping items, ensuring that it is as effective as it is environmentally conscious.
Return
We accept returns on non-piercing items in their original, unworn condition within 14 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For piercing items (earrings), we only accept returns if the item is faulty due to hygiene reasons.
If you'd like to initiate a return or believe your item is faulty, please contact us at hello@lyang.co with your order number and photos where applicable. Final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide exchanges right now; we suggest you place a new order for the item you want and return the original item to be refunded.
All LYANG & CO. jewellery is covered by a 6-month warranty, so you can shop with confidence.
Our pieces are thoughtfully crafted and made for everyday wear. If you experience any issues related to manufacturing faults within 6 months of purchase, please reach out — we’re always happy to help.
This warranty does not cover:
- Lost items
- Damage caused by force, misuse, or improper care
- Scratches or colour changes due to normal wear and tear

Yes, you can certainly send the item as a gift. We would be happy to include a gift note with your purchase - just let us know what you would like the note to say in the "notes" section at checkout. If you would like the gift to be shipped to a different address than your own, please enter the shipping address in the "Shipping Address" section at checkout.
