Welcome to The Sparkle Perks, the loyalty rewards program by LYANG & CO. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating.

1. Eligibility

• The Sparkle Perks is open to all customers with a valid LYANG & CO. account.

• By participating in the program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our general website policies.

2. Earning Points

Points can be earned through the following actions:

Most points are automatically added to your account, however some actions require manual verification by our team. Points are awarded after the qualifying action is verified and/or completed. LYANG & CO. reserves the right to make final determinations on point allocations.

3. Redeeming Points

• Only one reward can be redeemed per order.

• Redemption must be applied before completing the checkout process.

• Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other accounts.

4. Restrictions

• Loyalty rewards cannot be combined with discount codes, promotions, or sale items, unless explicitly stated.

• LYANG & CO. may run special promotions (e.g., birthday offers, double point days) where members can earn extra points when buying certain products during a specific time period. The details and timeframe will be explained when we announce each promotion.

• Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.

5. Expiry & Modifications

• Points do not expire under normal conditions. If any changes are made to the expiry policy, customers will be notified in advance.

• LYANG & CO. reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time with reasonable notice.
  

6. Account Closure or Abuse

• Points may be revoked in cases of refunds, fraudulent activity, or violation of our terms.

• Abuse of the program, including attempts to manipulate point allocation, may result in termination of loyalty membership.
