At LYANG & CO., we take pride in crafting high-quality jewellery and providing top-notch customer service. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer a6-month warrantyon all our pieces. Please review the details below to understand what is covered and what is not.
What’s Covered:
- Manufacturing Defects: If your jewellery has a flaw resulting from the production process, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
- Change of Colour: For gold-plated items, if the gold begins to fade, revealing the sterling silver beneath, we will address the issue under warranty.
What’s Not Covered:
- Damage caused by careless handling, accidents, or improper storage.
- Scratches, dents, or other signs of wear and tear from everyday use.
- Tarnishing or discoloration due to contact with chemicals, perfumes, lotions, or polishes.
- Loss of stones or components not caused by manufacturing defects.
How to Make a Warranty Claim:
- Contact our customer service team at hello@lyang.co within 6 months of purchase.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.
- If your claim is approved, we will guide you through the repair or replacement process.
Important Notes:
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
- The warranty does not extend the lifespan of plated finishes, which may naturally wear over time with use.
